AVP_Youth_Workshops
 
 
FNVW is now offering Alternatives to Violence Youth Workshops for youth ages 10-30! AVP youth participants will learn to resolve conflict nonviolently in community with one another, supported by facilitators who recognize the power young people have to create lasting change.
 
AVP Youth Workshops are available at no cost to participants! Meals are provided, and transportation assistance is available for those who need it.

Dates/times
Friday, December 6th from 5 pm to 9 pm (dinner and snacks included) 
Saturday, December 7th from 9 am to 8 pm (breakfast, lunch, dinner and snacks included)
Sunday, December 8th from 9 am to 4 pm (breakfast, lunch, and snacks included)  

Location
Mt. Olivet Retreat Center at 7984 257th Street West, Farmington, MN 55024. More information about the Retreat Center can be found at mtolivetretreat.org

Participants who attend the entire workshop (arrive on time and attend all sessions) will receive their Basic or Advanced Level AVP certification. If you would like to take the workshop but need transportation, special accommodations or have any other questions or concerns, please contact Susan Campbell, AVP Program Coordinator at susan@fnvw.org to discuss options.
