John Ewu
John Ewu is a father and a husband. He holds a Ph.D in Public Policy and Administration, a Master’s in Public Policy and Administration, a Master’s in International Relations and Peace Studies, and a Bachelor’s in Philosophy. With extensive experience collaborating with international humanitarian organizations, including the United Nations, Ewu has dedicated his career to peace building, strategic planning, and advancing humanitarian initiatives. He is an author and is currently engaged in research initiatives that focus on the lived experiences of African immigrants and other minority communities in the United States. As the Executive Director and founder of AFRISOTA, a Minnesota-based nonprofit, Ewu champions the voices of marginalized populations by highlighting their stories, challenges, and contributions to society. His advocacy work is driven by a deep commitment to social justice, guided by a philosophy of strength and resilience.
